Every application is read by a person

We do not run applicants through a filter. Here is how hiring works at FLiAI, and how to make your application count.

When you apply to FLiAI, a person reads your application. All of it. We do not run applicants through a filter, and we would rather read fewer applications properly than many of them badly.

What we look for

A good attitude and an understanding of how to work well with others matter to us as much as skill. Beyond that, we look for proof. Portfolios, live links, showreels and test plans tell us more than a list of tools ever can.

How to make yours count

  • Apply for the role that fits you today, not the one you hope to grow into.
  • Include exactly what the role asks for. Every opening lists it.
  • Check your links before you send them. A broken portfolio link is the first thing we notice.
  • Write in your own words. Generated CVs and generated answers are easy to spot.

Applications now go through the form on each role’s page, and you get a confirmation by email straight away. See what is open.

Building something like this?

Tell us the problem, not the solution. We read everything that comes in.
